Objectives
•Identify and develop socially concerned individuals through systematic human resources development programmes and offer various educational programmes directly or in collaboration with the universities and other agencies
•Aid help and promote self help groups / savings and credit registered and unregistered groups including constitution of mutual benefit / revolving fund activities to help and serve the poor and for strengthening the village economy.
•To run service institutions for the disabled women, downtrodden women and old aged peoples.
•Educational awareness creation and or institution of organization (Institution Building) of the poor, both rural and urban with special emphasis on women and children, socially suppressed communities.
•Promote liberal causes with special emphasis on the protection of human rights and the dignity, freedom and enterprises of women.
•Bring in awareness among the employers to discourage child labour and there by directing to take up basic education.
•Publication of books, literature, handouts, leaflets etc., which are useful to the needy people.
•Monitor the process of development project, conduct evaluations, maintain information systems and report on its own development project or project of other agencies at their request and to evolve system to ensure equality and justice in their utilization.
•Enhance livelihood of rural poor sector through income generating activities.
•To train youth and children of poorer families to develop their capacities and leadership qualities in order to mainstream the youth power for rural development.
• To promote health and self-reliance among deprived and vulnerable communities.
•To organize vulnerable families, especially Dalits and Tribals and empower them with necessary skills of livelihood options on sustainable basis.
